When you sign up, you get full access to your chosen plan's features for 14 days without providing payment information. During the trial, you can explore the dashboard, connect API endpoints, set up alerts, and run analyses on live market data. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to select a billing option. If you choose not to continue, your account will be deactivated and any data you uploaded will be securely deleted within 30 days.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately and we prorate the billing difference for the current period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you retain access to premium features for the remainder of the current period. Enterprise clients with custom contracts should speak with their account manager about plan changes.

For Analyst and Professional plans, we accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct bank transfers (SEPA for EU, ACH for US, BACS for UK). All card transactions are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment infrastructure. Enterprise clients can be invoiced quarterly or annually with NET-30 payment terms. We also support purchase order workflows for organizations that require them.

Yes. We offer tiered volume discounts for organizations purchasing 10 or more seats on either the Analyst or Professional plan. Enterprise plans are always custom-priced to account for infrastructure, data, and support requirements specific to each organization.

When you cancel your subscription, you retain read-only access to your account for 30 days so you can export any saved configurations, reports, or analytical outputs. After the 30-day grace period, all of your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including backups. We provide data export tools in CSV, JSON, and PDF formats to ensure a smooth transition. If you need more time for the export process, contact support and we can extend the grace period on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly plans have no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing cycle. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment, which is why they come with a 20% discount. Enterprise contracts typically run for 12 or 24 months and include customized terms negotiated during the sales process. We are flexible and will work with your procurement team to find arrangements that meet internal approval requirements.
